  • Abstract
The development of flight simulator prototype systems is a challenging work because of its complexity. A common problem faced in the design of the flight simulator is how to build the cockpit. The cockpit contains thousands of data acquiring point, and very complex logics. Too much time will be spend on designing the board and debugging the code if the cockpit data acquire (DAQ) system is not well designed. This paper describes a kind of DAQ boardspsila suite and a software structure to make the work of building the cockpit easier. A standard IO system is showed in the paper construct by the DAQ system and controller area network (CAN) bus which build for the flight simulators prototype systems. A detailed analysis about the data characteristics of panels is given and a structure of DAQ board sets is discussed. A software framework is presented in the paper. Conclusions drawn from the experience of implementing the design are also given.
