Abstract :
The paper discussed some key issues about quality analyzing in the environment of multistage manufacturing process. The machining stage flow model had been constructed according to the multistage manufacturing process. A key quality control point selection method based AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) was put forward. An association analyzing among key quality control points based PLS (Partial Least Squares) was proposed. In order to verify the method and technology proposed in this paper, a running example is also given.
