Procedures for predicting the performance of digital systems at HF

The paper outlines the procedures being developed for the prediction of the performance of digital radiocommunication systems at HF. The procedure is based on an extension of the REC533 computer program and takes into account the time and frequency elements of the transfer function. At the same time, the ability of the new procedure to provide information on the statistical variations within the month will be improved.
