  • Abstract
    We present an immune recognition algorithm for improving the performance of promoter regions prediction in this paper. We focus on generation of immune detectors by using negative selection operator and clone selection operator. Subsequently, the detectors are evolved. The results of testing on large genomic sequences by comparisons show that our algorithm is efficient with higher sensitivity and specificity in predicting promoter regions.
