Preliminary Study of the Systematic Management of Project Claim

With the lower profit of construction enterprises these years, that low bid and high claim has been an important means for the construction enterprises to exist and develop, which is an effect approach to make profit maximization. In this paper, the cause, the responsibility and the evidence of the claim events were classified, wit Visual Basic 6.0, PHP and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 that are used to establish the system of systematic management of project claim, which could help construction enterprises systematic management. So they can claim in time and veraciously, maintenance the profit of themselves.
