Abstract
The classical incoherent integrator is an important detection scheme in radar signal processing, owing to its simplicity and ease of implementation. In the context of compound Gaussian clutter, a new expression for the probability of detection is derived. This is applied to analyse the detector´s performance in Pareto intensity clutter.
