Abstract

The paper researches the regional differentiation of technological innovation of MLEs in Henan province form the angel of input-output. Using the panel data model, the paper thoroughly analyzes the structural influence of technological innovation input to output of 18 prefecture-cities in Henan province, finds out the structural differentiation and explains the cause. In conclusion, the paper will put forward some pertinent measures to improve technological innovation ability of MLEs of each prefecture-city in Henan province.
