Abstract :
Technology innovation is the key factor that influences the core competitiveness. This article introduces integrated fuzzy evaluation, with which to establish technology innovation capability evaluation system of textile industry. This system is consisting of 4 primary criterions (innovation technology foundation, innovation investment force, and innovation proliferation and innovation production) and 11 secondary criterions and was put into experiment in Hebei Province. The study shows that Hebei textile industry is at average national level in terms of technology innovation capability. Low production benefit and weak innovation foundation are the main drawbacks.
