Abstract :
Operation of grid enterprise has the following specialties, large investment, long operating circle, limited price of supplying electricity and higher requirement to security. Under these limited conditions how to improve technical economic value of grid investment and get reasonable returns must evaluate investment benefit according to scientific evaluation method. The article probes mathematics evaluation on investment returns of grid and discusses simple methods of index, normalized treatment and weight calculation and so on and gets synthetic mathematics model of evaluating general grid investment returns. This evaluation method applies to every stage or whole life circle of long period grid investment.
