Abstract

The region scientific innovation level has been reflected directly by region innovation ability therefore efficiency evaluation is very important in region innovation system. At present, the relative evaluation is only made in domestic regional innovation system, and the region economic foundation is often neglected. To solve this problem, an absolute evaluation is given in this article, the model is established by the rough set theory, and finally the example is analyzed.
