Abstract :
In order to insure the credibility of electric power supply, and improve the speed of the energy conservation and consumption reduction, this paper proposes the index system according by the generation units operating status in quo. Considering the number of indexes and the requirement of precision, the paper applies rough set theory to reduce the index attributes and establishes the model based on rough set to do optimization research on the energy conserving generation dispatch, and applies it to the optimization process of the energy conserving generation dispatch of southern Hebei grid. The result proves the model is feasible and effective, shows this method can improve the evaluation precision and has good spread ability.
