            Abstract : 
This paper is devoted to the development of an industrial design of a fuzzy controller for the refrigeration system of communications-room. Improved circulatory system strategies based on fuzzy logic are discussed to regulate the temperature. The design and development of the hardware circuitry necessary for implementation is also discussed. The design method with fuzzy logic allows taking into account the complex dynamic temperature variables in a straightforward manner. Simulations showed that the proposed algorithm can ensure rapid temperature regulation. Furthermore, it can meet the system stability, and achieve energy conservation.
