Abstract :
In this paper, we provide a new way to process charcoal drawing with cell nerve network(CNN). Charcoal drawing is an important phase in art drawing. In this paper, we use the cellular neural networks to process charcoal drawing. we present a robustness design theorem for the optimal edge detector cellular neural network (OEDGE CNN). As applications, We can find some charcoal drawing effect with different parameter of the CNN. To this point, a novel approach to image processing has been developed in the work.
