Abstract :
The characters and tendency of fuzzy boundary of enterprises are described, the types of fuzzy boundary was listed. A conceptual model of fuzzy boundary is constructed by introducing the covalent bond theory in quantum mechanics. Then, the model of optimization enterprise resources is built by the nonlinear programming with fuzzy constraint variables and penalty coefficients. Finally, some suggestions are made about how to use more fuzzy resources better.
