Abstract :
We demonstrated all-optical wavelength conversion at 80 Gb/s using a cross-phase modulation of InGaAs/AlGaAs/AlAsSb coupled double quantum wells waveguide and a subsequent spectral filtering. Error free operation was demonstrated with power penalty of 1.5 dB.
