Abstract :
Laser performance of the Er:YAG resonantly end-pumped by a high-brightness InGaAsP/InP 10-bar stack is reported. Achieved 80 W power is believed to be the highest CW power ever reported from diode-pumped room-temperature Er:YAG laser.
