            Abstract : 
An injection-seeded, Q-switched Ho:YLF laser has been developed. For 13 W pumping from a CW Tm:fiber laser, the energy and width of single longitudinal mode pulse are 5.5 mJ and 50 ns, respectively. The repetition rate is 1.25 kHz.
