Abstract :
We illustrate a high-throughput on-chip cytometry platform that records the holographic diffraction pattern of cells/bacteria without using any lenses. These digital in-line holograms contain finger-print information of each cell/bacteria type enabling unambiguous recognition of different micro-objects using pattern recognition.
