Abstract :
100 mum stripe 975 nm DFB lasers are shown to operate with spectral width < 0.35 nm to 100degC. Narrow (14deg) vertical far field and reasonable conversion efficiency (39,5%) were achieved. A comparison with reference FP lasers is presented.
