Abstract :
The propagation characteristics of EM wave during its processing in a semiconducting body of EMTM has been studied. The nonlinear inductance is investigated with a connection to the losses created in the core, copper wire, and skin-effect in the HF region. Dependence of a spreading function from speed, attenuation factor, and rotation of polarization is established. The preliminary results show the ability of the EMTM device to process HF signal with the defined distortion. Considering, EMTM as some kind of a nanoelement gives us the possibility to compose the matrix by nanowires for the EM programming.
