Abstract :
This thesis set up the comprehensive evaluation model of customer satisfaction degree based on Analytic Hierarchy Process. The validity of the models was proved with a practical example. The conclusion of evaluation can reflect the customer satisfaction degree objectively and offer clear decision-making references for Power Supply enterprises.
