Abstract
The analytic customer relationship management is the key to gain customers and realize intellectualization in customer relationship management for enterprises. This paper proposed one kind of improved intellectualization model of customer relationship management based on rough set, this model carries on the data pretreatment and data mining at one time instead of processing them in two steps. In the model, the data mining algorithm guaranteed the authenticity of the data, and avoided the strict constraint to data which the rough set algorithm requires. Finally, a case diagnosis proved the model is effective and feasible.
