Abstract :
Combined with the technologies such as lava3D, geometry modeling and texture mapping, this paper constructs and implements a three-dimensional presentation model of notebook computer products. It introduces the background and the status quo of the presentation systems. In order to build this system, it introduces Java3D technology firstly. Secondly, it analyzes the structure of the familiar notebook computer products, and on this base, this paper constructs a geometry model in Java3D and describes its implementation in details. When a notebook computer product is given, we can take the photos of its 12 surfaces using a digital camera very easily, and then map these photos onto the corresponding surfaces of the model. Finally, this model is implemented using Java3D, and a good three-dimensional presentation result comes out. This method with ease input, high quality presentation effect, good interaction with users, and can be applied widely to notebook computer products presentation, advertising and so no.
