Abstract :
In an incomplete information system, the measurement of rule´s uncertainty is different from that in the complete information system. On the condition of restrict similarity relation, the properties of certainty and coverage factor of decision rule is discussed. If given suppose that the data distribution of is uniform, the certainty factor can be measured by an approximate probability value. Using the reflection degree of rule to classification classified by condition attribute, we can compute the uncertainty of the whole set of rule to the incomplete information system. An example shows how to analysis the uncertainty of decision rules.
