  • Abstract
    Specify for the characteristics of simple manufacture processes and information flows in iron tower manufacturing industry. Based on an analysis of the problems exist in information resource management for an enterprise. This project introduced the advanced management ideas; rebuilt the project management system in the enterprise; integrated with the process of information of design, technics, manufacturing, materials, and so on. At the same time the enterprise will realize the PDM system which based on the purpose of manufacture. The system was Web-based, and will realize the information sharing and processing. It will provide the basic data for the future launching of the enterprise-level of information system.
