  • Abstract
Against current welding mask existence´s problems has designed one kind of auto-changing shade welding mask. The welding mask uses MCU as the core control circuit, through the establishment of different batches of LCD parameters database, resolves the key technical issues of difficult to accurately adjust shading caused by the non-linear characteristic and the discreteness characteristic of LCD. The original changing light circuit makes response time less than 0.1ms. Through using a high performance plastic added some other special ingredients, the shell of auto-changing shade welding mask will be injected into an arc style. The special curve design of the windows agencies ensures a better impact resistance, the outside protection plastic not only has the protection function, but also has the ability to eliminate mist and prevents effectively from accident caused by the mist.
