Since 2001, Elektro Primorska d.d. is one of five distribution operator companies in Slovenia with headquarters at Nova Gorica. It has over 123000 customers and covers an area of approximately 4335 km2. It exists as independent legal subject owned partially by state and partially by couple of investment funds.
