Industrial consumers reaction to unintentional changes of optional electricity tariffs in Brazil (2002–2006)

This paper presents a micro-econometric analysis of the industrial consumers´ reactions to changes in tariff options in São Paulo Metropolitan Region (Brazil) from 2002 to 2006. We test if the unintentional changes produced by the regulator induced industrial consumers to adoption a different tariff option.
