  • Abstract
    The value of electric energy is determined not only by its quantity but also by its quality. This will lead to the unification of the measurement of electricity quantity and quality. However, at present the principles of the measurement of the quantity of electric energy have been set and stable for a long time while the principles of the measurement of voltage quality are developing dynamically. These tendencies act against the unification of the measurement of both characteristics of electricity.
