Abstract :
Considering the knowledge of electronic communication and carries multi-media-induced diversity, we suggest a form of ontology-based knowledge of electronic communications management solutions, conduct an in-depth study of theoretical issues such as in the field of ontology creation, learning, evolution, integration and consistency checks of knowledge base, and focus on resolving conflict and redundancy of knowledge to trigger the body of the evolution of the dynamic model. Provide a platform for the establishment of basic theory and methodological guidance for the smart IETM, expert systems, technology training and application of intelligent decision-making system for the sharing of knowledge.
