Abstract
Seen from the three angles such as the evolution of the concepts of organizational communication, the tools used in research of organizational communication and the trends of organizational communication research at home and abroad, this paper has analyzed and summarized the review of organizational communication researches, and the author pointed out that the sports organizational communications´ research may base on the models of organizational communication, research methods, research level and systemic and dynamic of research to exploit further in the future.
