Abstract :
The evolution of knowledge networks plays an important role to the technological improvement of enterprises and countries. From the dissipative structure perspective, this paper analyses knowledge network system. And then, we propose the evolutionary conditions and its mechanisms. At last, we also discuss the policy meaning in this paper.
