Abstract :
Porter pointed out that the differentiation operation can cultivate the customer´s loyalty, increase corporation´s market control, create excess profits for corporation, win credibility and improve the corporation´s bargaining power to cope with the suppliers and consumers, in addition, the differentiation operation also pose a threat to potential competitors, therefore, differentiation operation is becoming the necessary choice for the sustainable development of corporation. However, the successful differentiation operation is a systematic project based on technology, market demand, development tendency and industry characteristics of various countries. Thus, the corporation should seriously research the connotation of differentiation from the dynamic view, and avoid blindly pursuing so-called novelty and oddity, so as to create the real power for the sustainable development of corporation.
