  • Abstract
    The paper firstly proposed an evaluation index system for high-tech projects investment risks from six aspects, and then built the investment risks evaluation model of high-tech project based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Through the analysis, we obtained the weights of each risk index, which provided basis for decision-making.
