Abstract :
By utilizing the exterior resources, the virtual enterprise is an important organizational model to obtain competitive advantage and achieve rapid growth. Trust is one of the critical success factors of virtual enterprise, and success in virtual enterprise id heavily dependent on establishing and maintaining trust. This paper used HEXIE management theory, established virtual enterprise trust management mechanism´s He principle and Xie principle, through coupling He principle and Xie principle, it can strengthen trust among the members to ensure the virtual enterprise efficient operation.
