Abstract :
We have developed a test procedure to enable fabric manufacturers and specifiers to use measurements on small fabric samples to predict surface voltages on inhabited garments made from the fabric. Data is presented that demonstrates that there is good agreement between the predicted values and measured surface voltages on inhabited garments.
