Abstract :
As a part of the Technology of State Unitary Enterprise ldquoscientific-production enterpriserdquo pulsar the managed architecture of AC amplifier is designed with two channels, whose voltage transfer coefficients change in antiphased manner. The device is low-voltage and it can be done in the SiGe-technology.
