  • Abstract
    Comparative analysis of Schottky diode and resonant-tunneling diode (RTD) based mixers is shown. The influence of IV characteristic on intermodulation parameters of mixers is discussed. IP3 increasing facility in RTD-based mixer is experimentally shown.
