  • Abstract
    Modern manufacturing techniques of microwave devices LTCC and LCP, in particular of devices on LHM, are examined. Results of modeling of microwave devices on LHM-multilayered left-handed transmission line (MLLHTL) and leaky-wave antenna (LWA) are presented. Realization of these devices is possible on the basis of technologies LTCC and LCP.
