Abstract :
The UHF generating module with overall dimensions 46times42times36 mm permitting by the means of diodes Hannah of the type 3A750, 3A762, and avalanche transit-time diodes such as 3A765, 3A766, to implement UHF generators with target pulse capacity up to 40 Watt in the frequency range (8...96) GHz and with microprocessor management, is described.
