Abstract :
Dmitriy Viktorovich Gromov was born on 4 May 1949 in Moscow. He graduated from the secondary school in 1966 and went up to Moscow Institute of Physics and Engineering (MIPE), Automatics & Electronics Department. After that moment his life was concerned with this educational institution. After graduation he received his CSc degree in 1983 and DSc in 2001. Since 1972 he worked in MIPE as an engineer, leading engineer, senior research fellow and leading research fellow. At present he is Professor of Electronics Department, MIPE. He was directing at defending of many CSc thesises and diplomas. A brief professional biography is provided.
