Abstract :
The method of the capillary-waveguide resonance for measurement of dielectric characteristics of wine over the range of frequencies 54-78 GHz was used. The influence of concentrations of the alcohol in wine on frequency, Q-factor and depth of the energy absorption at resonance was investigated.
