Abstract
In this paper, the author presents a software platform to conceptually design hydraulic generator, a typical complex manufacture. Applying this platform, the generator´s electrical design can be performed interactively through a friendly human-machine interface. After electrical design the output result can be input into other disciplines to carry out ventilation and heat analysis, stability of vibration analysis and so on. All of the disciplinary analysis can be integrated and carried out automatically and efficiently in the platform. Furthermore, the platform also has optimization capacity to seek for optimized solutions for any single subject at will. At last, through multidisciplinary analysis, the system level´s optimization would be completed. A simple example has been used to illustrate the effectiveness of the platform.
