Abstract
In the digitization era, the change of urban spatial environment is more rapid, so the limitations of traditional theory and method of urban planning is gradually exposing. It cannot solve the complex social problems because it limited by its major. Also, it is constrained by the qualitative analysis, lacking of the accumulation of basic data, quantitative scientific demonstration, virtual expression and the integral manner, more shortage of tools that carry out synthetic analysis using these data. What´s more, as the social development, the interactive work between planning department or between planning department and the public is more important. But we can combine these services together such as, service of trust, authority,document turning and information sharing to form a safe workflow business system through using workflow, so it can provides realizable technology method for different operation system. Therefore, developing the study of urban planning system framework based on workflow can help simplify the flow of work, reduce the cost of software development, and improve work efficiency.
