Abstract :
Under heterogeneous wireless network, terminals must work in multi-mode pattern and communication software is key part. In this paper, we designed a framework of communication software for this kind of terminals, include extend functions, modules structure and signaling flow. In our designs, all routing were divided into four classes which can display on terminal screen and let users to choose in order to gain suitable services. Obviously, this method cause different signaling flow than usual. So we designed a new signal flow. After that, we designed the whole framework structure of software. More over, we complemented a simulation system include every module of the framework using Interface Definition Language (IDL). At last, we described this simulation system and given some main simulation result to prove our framework design for communication software of the terminal can work well under our heterogeneous wireless networks.
