Abstract :
In view of the existing problems of dynamic segmentation technology´s application in urban GIS-T(Geographic Information System for Transportation), the article puts forward the linear reference system of arc-node of urban roads on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of urban transportation information, and builds up dynamic segmentation data model based on the arc-node model. The article studies on dynamic segmentation algorithm and tests its feasibility and accuracy with the examples of partial roads network of Changchun city.
