Abstract :
Oscillator schematics which used single transistor circuit is proposed and design based on negative resistance concept. Symbolic input and output impedance of the proposed schematic are derived. Even though, its input and output resistance is not negative, the adaptive impedance matching network will be proposed to make input and output impedance of any circuits to have negative resistance.
