A Communication Cell Oriented Service Discovery Architecture for Home Network

In this paper, a new Communication Cell Oriented Service Discovery (CCOSD) architecture that supports plug-and-play modules for home network is proposed. Communication cell is the entity that actually fulfills the communication, such as the communication object in EIB and network variable in Lonworks. With CC (Communication Cell) oriented method, the service discovery architecture is greatly simplified, and the introduction of description information is very convenient, therefore it is quite suitable for home network service discovery.
