Abstract :
This article introduces the video signal processing system which is widely used in language room. The system core is embedded processor included internal-integration hardware encoder. Video data in the case of VGA (640*480) @25fps can be encoded in real-time and uploaded to PC. Since the operating system Windows CE in the system adopts friendly operating interface and familiar application environment, the operating is very convenience.
