Abstract :
The system often has time-delay phenomenon in actual industrial process. In order to avoid the effect of time delaying on the system stable robustness and suppression on disturbance capability, based on the good track ability of the feed-forward control and the control superiority of the internal model control (IMC) on the the time-delay system, a internal model control method based on the feed-forward compensation is brought up. According to the phenomenon that CPE polymerization temperature has time lag and control input variables are vulnerable to interference, we use the method to carry out the analysis research. The simulation results show that the proposed control method can be a good solution to balance the stable robustness and the disturbance suppression, and, the model mismatch caused by process changes in the control system can be solved by adjusting the filter time-constant of the internal model controller to enhance the system robustness. So it shows that the method has good track and disturbance rejection performance.
